The request forms on this Phase 1 website do not send information to a website database. They prepare an email in your device’s email application. If you send that email, the email provider and recipient may process the name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service category, urgency, description, and consent choice you provide.
Phone calls
When you call 813.596.5860, your carrier and the receiving phone service may process call metadata and the information you choose to share.
Hosting and technical data
The hosting provider may automatically process basic request data such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and requested pages for security, reliability, and access logging. This website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or include third-party analytics in Phase 1.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to requests, communicate about plumbing needs, maintain site security, and comply with law. Do not send sensitive financial, identity, health, or access-code information through the email form.
